• Reporting to the Program Manager, Business Integration, support the vision of the Data Analytics team
• Establish and maintain processes for managing scope during the product lifecycle, setting quality and performance standards and assessing risks and dependencies
• Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escalate issues, as necessary, according to project work plan
• Support the Dev team during the sprint by organizing the sprint board and ensuring dev items are completed
• Manage the Product Backlog based on the priorities identified
• Coordinate product communications when enhancements are delivered
• Work with the Program Manager to plan Sprint Planning and run Sprint Planning and Sprint Retrospective
• Work with the Data Engineering and Power Platform Manager to plan and execute the Sprint Releases
• Manage the day-to-day Product Road map and team capacity
• Support the maintenance and upkeep of documentation of the Products
• Participate in product design and technical requirement discussions
• Assist in architectural solution designs, roadmaps, and related strategies
• Develop a thorough understanding of MNP’s services, businesses, and industry
• Participate in Scrum Meetings

Skills and Experience

• Proven experience as a Project Manager / Product Owner or similar role
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and presentation skills (Business & Technical)
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to effectively prioritize and manage multiple tasks
• Scrum experience
• Azure Dev Ops experience
• 3+ years of experience in an analytics role, utilizing business intelligence tools
• Experience in working within a software development team and conducting QA
• Experience writing Technical User stories for Data Engineering and Power Platform Developers would be an asset
• Experience with Power BI and Azure SQL or related technologies
