Job Description: About the Opportunity
- Maintain all accounting books and records
- Prepare daily reports and quarterly financial information packages as required for financial statement preparation and tax planning
- Maintain the books of accounts and administer the payroll and HST returns of related investment/holding companies
- Assist with executive administrative duties as needed
About You
- Minimum of 5 years of bookkeeping experience
- Experience with QuickBooks or another accounting software
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational skills
Hourly Rate
