Responsibilities:

• Ensuring the overall timely and accurate billing and driver pay
• Assist with entering orders in the system to ensure accurate information and increase auto-billing
• Run reports to analyze and verify the accuracy of billing and driver pay
• Maintain the accuracy of rates and master orders in the system
• Review Customer Contracts for all the current charges that apply
• Enters shipment data into customer systems
• In conjunction with Dispatcher, prepares reports regarding shipment plans and status
• Assists Dispatcher and Planner in the monitoring of shipment performance

Qualifications:

• High School Diploma
• Previous billing experience preferred
