Job Description: Bilingual Manager, Member Engagement – Permanent – 17846About the OpportunityOur national association is looking for an ambitious results-driven Manager, Member Engagement, to lead the organization’s membership recruitment/retention strategy. Using both new and proven approaches, the Manager will plan, implement, and measure the success of the recruitment/retention strategy, aligned with the organization’s strategic plan.Duties include but are not limited to:

• Lead all member recruitment and retention activities, in collaboration with the Executive Director and internal colleagues
• Develop and implement a growth strategy focused on member satisfaction and diversification of membership that supports the organization’s strategic plan
• Expand and develop new innovative member-centric programs and services that increase membership value (e.g. member networking events, professional development opportunities)
• Manage core membership functions including processing applications, new member orientation services, the marketing of member benefits/services, and member on-boarding
• Maximize the organization’s Customer Relationship Management (CRM) strategy and CRM system to support member-focused initiatives

About the JobThis role is a full time, permanent position offering a salary of $70,000-$80,000 together with a comprehensive benefits package.
