Job Description: Bilingual (French) Customer ServiceLocation: Ottawa-Fully onsite,Hours: Monday – Friday – shifts range between the hours of 8am-8pmPay Rate: $20.50-$22/hrPerks and Highlights:

Job Description:

• Call center environment.
• First point of contact for customer inquires.
• Answering a multi-line telephone system
• Providing step by step guidance to problems or situation
• Deescalating situations

Qualifications:

• Bilingual in French/English
• Ability to fluently write in both languages
• Previous experience in a customer support or call center role
• Strong phone and verbal communication skills
• Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
• Customer Focused
• Ability to multitask

Requirements:

• Ability to work anywhere from 8am-8pm Monday through Friday
• Availability for training sessions (Monday to Friday from 8am-4pm for 3 weeks)
• Clear criminal record required
• Ability to provide an original copy of a security clearance (fingerprints) on your first day
• Parking is limited, so transit is encouraged
