Job Description: Job Type: ASAP – 4-month contract (with high possibility of extension or permanency)We are seeking a Bilingual Service Coordinator for our Ottawa-based client. If you excel in a fast-paced environment and are looking to enhance your professional experience, this is a fantastic opportunity!What You Will Do:– Monitor the daily workload of all service requests.
– Receive calls and email requests from customers for various service, maintenance, billing, and daily operations inquiries.
– Create and follow up on work orders and schedule preventive maintenance.
– Assist co-workers with day-to-day operations and provide administrative support.The Experience You Have:– 3-5 years of experience in providing coordination services (experience with dispatching is an asset).
– Service and customer-oriented, actively looking to help people.
– Ability to communicate clearly, multitask, identify problems, and take action.
– Able to obtain/pass a criminal background check.
