What will you do?

• Lead, coach and manage a remote team of retail merchandising ensuring success.
• Recruit and hire team members to maintain team size.
• Collaborate with your team and management to achieve results for every project.
• Manage representative schedules to ensure territory coverage.
• Support your team by maintaining solid communication.

How will you succeed?

• Guiding your team with passion and poise.

What experience should you have?

• 2 years management experience in a retail-oriented role.
• 3 years in the retail industry.
