Job Description: Our client is looking to hire an Assistant Finance Controller who is a strong leader and has a track record of going above and beyond for their clients and colleagues! They are a fast-growing service company in the pharmaceutical industry based out of Cambridge. This position will report directly to the controller, focusing on managing junior financial associates, and month and year end. • Managing junior finance associates
• Reconciliations
• Month-end and year-end financial
• Oversee compliance with government regulations
• Audit expense and claims
• Work with external Auditors

Requirements:

• CPA designation, or close to completion
• 3+ years experience in Public Accounting
• Strong organization skills
• Able to move from task to task swiftly
