Job Title: Appointment Setter – Work From Home

Location: Edmonton, AB

Job Description: Appointment setters will be responsible for identifying potential clients, reaching them on the phone, and scheduling an appointment for a sales representative for a follow-up visit, either in person or via telephone. If you enjoy talking to people and are interested in sales, this is the ideal position for you.Responsibilities:

• Calling and receiving calls from clients
• Scheduling appointments with clients who request our benefits
• Keep a detailed log of calls, including those which were not answered
• Attempt to contact prospective clients who you have been unable to contact
• Attending ongoing, optional training sessions

Requirements and skills:

• Proven work experience as an Appointment Setter or similar role
• Top-notch verbal, written and interpersonal skills
• Outstanding listening skills and attention to detail
• Excellent phone etiquette
• A professional and courteous disposition
• Persuasive and results-oriented
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
• Basic computer skills and ease with a range of software programs
