This position reports to the Senior Manager of Public Sector Programs.What you’ll do:RFP/ContractsManages the distribution of opportunities posted on bid posting sites:Downloads and distributes documents to sales as requestedForwards amendments and additional informationMaintains a tracking file of all bidsUploads bids to bid posting sitePrepares, verifies and submits contractual reports accurately and on timeProvides support for internal and external audits related to the Public SectorAssists in maintaining a comprehensive inventory of Public Sector contractsProvides support for marketing activities related to Public Sector contractsPerforms tasks to support contract compliancy aligned with contractual requirementsSYSTEMS, PROCESSES & REPORTINGSupports initiatives to automate processes for efficiencyMaintains a comprehensive understanding of key internal compliancy tools such as Procurement Program and Pricing EngineExecutes individual tasks required to support each contract:Maintains accurate and current information in Procurement Programs and conducts audits to ensure 100% accuracyUpdates SPE with current price filesConducts periodic check ins with specific vendorsIdentifies and submits update requests to web team to ensure Softchoice.com Public Sector pages are accurateAssists with internal audits to test system rules and adherence to established processesParticipates in training sessions to support adoption of internal compliancy toolsAssists in the creation of detailed process documents for on-demand referenceCompiles reports for Public Sector on demand requirementsAssists with special projectsSALES & CUSTOMER SUPPORTAssists in the resolution of customer and system issuesParticipates in contract management reviews with Public Sector customers and partnersPrepares material and participates in customer and vendor meetingsWorks closely with Senior Contracts Public Sector Programs Team Administrators to ensure execution of specific contractual tasksBuilds and develops relationships with both internal and external customersEducates and promotes contract vehicles to increase utilizationContributes content and structure to SharePoint sites specific to Public Sector for consumption by the sales teamsProvides guidance to customers and sales team regarding processes to leverage specific contractsAssists in identifying new vendors based on business trends and to develop partnershipsProvides in-depth support of strategic contractsAssists and responds to internal and external requestsWhat you’ll bring to the table:Post-secondary Diploma or Degree, or equivalent experienceStrong written and verbal communication skillsHigh-level commitment to exceptional customer service and relationship buildingQuick learner with strong problem solving and analytical skillsExcellent organization skills and the ability to multi-taskSelf-motivated, with ability to work individually and in a team environmentProficiency with Microsoft Office/Office 365 toolsExperience working with SAP BI and SFDC considered an assetBilingualism (English/French) considered an assetNot sure if you qualify?
