Job Description: Join our client’s Ottawa office as a Bilingual Administrative Assistant, where you’ll be essential in keeping operations running smoothly across various departments.Key Responsibilities:– Coordinate meetings and conferences
– Manage calendars, schedules, and correspondence
– Provide administrative support across departments
– Assist with travel arrangements and reporting
– Maintain records, files, and office operations
– Handle public inquiries and provide basic IT assistanceQualifications:– High school diploma required; post-secondary education preferred
– 3-5 years of solid office administration experience
– Experience in client relations and customer service
– Financial training or education is a plus
– Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
– Real estate background is an asset
