Job Description: We are a busy industrial service provider seeking an organized, reliable, and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. If you’re eager to make an impact and grow with a thriving company, we want to hear from you!The Role:
- Facilitate timely, weekly invoicing by coordinating with internal teams to collect hours, expenses, timesheets, and corresponding POs
- Gather and input timesheets with accuracy and efficiency
- Support purchasing activities, including creating and issuing POs and WOs, and managing credit card transactions
- Provide comprehensive administrative support, such as managing calendars and emails, recording expenses, and maintaining tracking sheets
- Prepare and send professional quotes based on instructions from the Project Manager
- Perform additional administrative tasks as required to support the team
Skills and Qualifications:
- Dependable and skilled in time management
- Exceptionally organized with a strong attention to detail
- Motivated self-starter with a passion for tackling challenges and achieving results
- Proficient in using diverse software applications, including Excel, Word, Outlook, and QuickBooks
