Apply today! #joinourteamWhat You Will Do:Responsible for oversight over security vendors, including service level agreements and KPI stewardshipManage and monitor access control systemsCredentialing for personnel as well as assign and revoke access rights as neededPerform regular security assurances and generate reportsRespond to access control incidents and troubleshoot issuesTrain staff in policies and system usageMaintain logs and records of access control activitiesEnsure compliance with security standards and regulationsEnforce access control policies and proceduresConduct security risk assessments and recommend access control solutionsConduct security compliance reviews making recommendations for improvementsConducting security awareness sessions for all employeesTroubleshoot access control systems and resolve technical issuesSupport on site security responses and emergenciesManage service ticketing systems for Enterprise SecurityOversee security vendors, service level agreements, and KPI’s stewardshipAssist in execution of integrated management system goals, objectives, and targetsWho You Are:Required:High school diploma.Minimum of 4 years of experience in access control systems oversight at commercial offices.Proficiency with the Genetic access management software / access control systems.Advanced user of Microsoft Word, Excel, Teams, and PowerPointDemonstrated leadership of small teams.Preferred:Associated degree and or equivalent education in the fields of business, information technologies, criminal justice, and security.Strong preference for Energy Sector experienceBachelor’s degree in business, security related fields, and or equivalent education / experience.Familiarity with various types of access control technologies such as LENEL.Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsSuperb communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectivelyAttention to detail and high level of accuracyAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAvailable for on-call response and emergenciesProficient with ServiceNow applications and Encompass (Enablon)Working Conditions:Work will be conducted mainly in the office environment with field visits.Moderate Travel will be required.Enbridge Flex-Work Program: Enbridge provides competitive workplace programs that differentiate us and offer flexibility to our team members.
