In this role, you will be a key player in a project involving the deployment of tablets and laptops. Your attention to detail and efficiency will ensure a smooth transition for end-users.Responsibilities:-Oversee the configuration of pre-installed tablets and laptops with a focus on precision.-Manage the transfer of user data from old devices to the new ones.-Install and verify new software to ensure operational systems and meet user needs.-Carry out repetitive tasks involving migrations, installations, and quality checks.-Identify minor issues during the deployment process and escalate as needed.-Offer basic support and guidance to users about their new devices.-Employ your skills in application deployments to ensure a successful project executionRequirements:Qualifications:-Applicants should possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar IT role.-Candidates must have experience in application deployments.-A comprehensive understanding of computer systems, networks, and appropriate software applications is a necessity.-A bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field is required.-Applicants should have strong problem-solving skills.-Candidates must be able to work independently and also as part of a team.-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential.-Candidates must be able to handle multiple tasks and prioritize them appropriately.-Applicants should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.-The ability to troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues is a requirement.-Applicants must be willing to continually update their skills and knowledge to keep up with technological advancements.-Candidates should be familiar with various operating systems such as Windows, Mac, and Linux.-The ability to explain complex IT concepts in simple terms is a necessity.-Applicants must be detail-oriented and have exceptional organizational skills.-Candidates should have a customer-oriented approach and be able to provide high-quality technical support.If this position interests you and you have the required qualifications, please do not hesitate and make sure to apply online today!Job Reference Number: 0013133158
