• Lead and manage daily restaurant operations, ensuring smooth service flow and adherence to company policies.

• Supervise and train staff in food handling, customer service, and operational procedures.

• Maintain high standards of food safety and cleanliness in accordance with health regulations.

• Assist in the development of staff schedules and manage labor costs effectively.

• Handle customer inquiries and complaints with professionalism, striving for complete satisfaction.

• Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as needed.

• Operate the POS system efficiently, ensuring accurate transactions and reporting.

• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food preparation and quality control.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in food service or restaurant management is preferred.

• Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members.

• Excellent customer service skills, demonstrating a commitment to guest satisfaction.

• Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.

• Familiarity with kitchen operations, including cooking techniques and equipment usage.

• Proficient in using POS systems for order processing and reporting.
