Our client, a leading financial services company in the Canada, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to help drive organizational vision for industry leading growth and increased market share using technology as an enabler and difference maker.Responsibilities:
- Analyzing client situations and escalating issues in accordance with escalation procedures
- Answering and troubleshooting inbound client service calls
- Providing instruction/education on using IT Security System
Duration:
6 monthsOttawa or TorontoMust-Have:
- 5-years of continuous Canadian residency
- Verbal and written communication skills in English and French
- Participate in a 24x7x365 on call support rotation
Nice to have:
- Experience with ticketing systems such as Jira
