- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers.
- Identify and understand customer needs to recommend appropriate solutions.
- Maintain a strong knowledge of Peterbilt products, services, and industry trends.
- Work collaboratively with other team members to achieve sales targets and goals.
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the sales process and beyond.
Additional Strengths:
- Experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the automotive, trucking or heavy equipment industry is considered an asset.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of heavy-duty trucks or related industries.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- A Class 3 or D licence is considered a strong asset.
