Become part of this world and make a difference with us.https://www.weareams.com/The RoleWe are looking for a Talent Sourcing Manager in Toronto to support one of our hospitality clients.This is a hybrid opportunity and will require the individual to work onsite 1-2 days a week in our AMS Toronto Office.We are looking for an individual with at least 3 years of leadership experience: managing, coaching, mentoring, performing year end performance reviews for Talent Sourcing Team Leads and or Team leads for 360 recruiters. We are looking for individuals with strong talent sourcing backgrounds eager to support process improvement initiatives. Experience being accountable for SLA’s and managing remote teams is a must have. Experience supporting a mix of corporate roles as well as high volume field roles is required.The role of the Sourcing Manager is to develop and deliver agreed recruitment services to the Client Services team. A key component of this role is to design and undertake innovative sourcing strategies to attract and talent pool candidates from within the marketplace in a cost-effective manner.The Sourcing Manager is also responsible for performing against set targets and providing support and information as requested.This is a key role that requires a responsive and client-facing individual.Key Accountabilities
- Interpret resourcing plans, define role requirements, and develop innovative sourcing options including networking, headhunting and the use of accessing the external market using world class research tools.
- Building talent pools, work with the Client Services Manager to identify areas where there are gaps within qualified candidate pools and where new candidates need to be identified
- Produce timely and accurate activity and management information reporting
- Produce communications to a high standard and in accordance with the client’s brand guidelines
- Involvement in any relevant internal presentations and evaluation/review meetings with the Client Services team
- Identify areas of process improvement and service enhancement and communicate these to the Client Services Manager and the team.
- Create client commercial value through responsive recruitment services and the delivery of cost-effective results
- Maintain agreed service levels with the Client Services team and ensure they are aware of how performance is tracking against the required performance levels
- Manage and develop your team, ensuring key performance indicators are met to ensure optimal service delivery, through effective coaching and motivation
- Provide strategic insight and analysis, performance data and trend information to shape training and development for the team
- Perform data integrity and QA checks
- Set and own team performance objectives
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with Stakeholders
- Pro-actively keep stakeholders up to date with service delivery information and initiatives, ensuring the service continues to meet with internal and client targets and partner with them to spearhead new projects
Skills & Experience
- Minimum of 3 years of experience managing Team Leads and a team of Talent Sourcers or 360 Recruiters
- Deep background sourcing, both corporate and high volume opportunities
- RPO experience is a must have
- Experience managing a remote team is a must have
- Experience working on sourcing process improvement initiatives is a must have
- Experience recruiting and sourcing in the Hospitality industry is a “nice to have”
- Worked with, presenting to and solved issues for clients and candidates
- Experience working to and achieving demanding targets, ratios, and SLAs
- Experience in the use of recruitment technology and recruitment databases
- Thorough understanding of legislation affecting area of work (e.g. age discrimination)
