Job Description: On target income (OTI) is composed of your base salary + commission/bonus structure. OTI is a forecast of your potential earnings for the role.Our client is one of Canada’s largest independent insurance brokerages, headquartered in Hamilton, Ontario.
- Office base position, but it does require to be client-facing when needed
Account Manager within the Group Retirement Solutions within the * Employee Benefits and Retirement Solutions department.
- Support an existing block of active clients
- Identify new Group Retirement opportunities through networking
- Providing recommendations and insight related to plan governance and plan management in compliance with Capital Accumulation Plan (CAP) Guidelines.
- Attend networking events and conduct in-person meetings to generate and close leads
- 5 years experience in Commercial Lines i.e., CL underwriting, sales, customer service
- CEBS or RPA designation is considered an asset
- Knowledge of EPIC is regarded as an asset
- Compensation Package:
- Competitive Base + company bonus ($140-150k)
