Impact Recruitment has partnered with a British Columbia-based company to hire a Litigation Associate.We have the pleasure of working with a top-tier litigation boutique that is seeking an intermediate – senior lawyer who can take over a busy practice consisting of complex commercial litigation files. • $150,000+, dependent on experience, plus bonus potential

Responsibilities:
The lawyer in this role will oversee the day-to-day conduct of their files as well as in support of senior lawyers that focus primarily on complex commercial disputes in addition to a range of other matters that include constitutional, regulatory, and class actions.Qualifications:

• Called to the BC Bar and be in good standing
• 4 – 5+ years of experience post call to the BC Bar
• Strong experience with complex commercial litigation matters
• Experience with a national firm or a top-end boutique will be considered a strong asset
