Responsibilities

• Work with engineering, sales, manufacturing, purchasing, finance, and quality
• Participate in budget development and monitor cost/budgets, forecasting and planning
• Supervise, coach/develop subordinates
• Costing, resource planning, tool and asset acquisition
• Participate in the Employee Performance Appraisal Process
• Special projects and long-range technical plans
• Other duties as required

Requirements

• Engineering degree
• P. Eng.
• 8+ years of experience managing a team
• Automotive or manufacturing engineering background
