Campari Group is today the sixth-largest player worldwide in the premium spirits industry.General Description of the RoleThis position is responsible for general administrative duties for the Grimsby production site. The focus of this role is to oversee timely and accurate data entry for all production orders and liquid movements. In addition, this role will have an end-to-end process understanding of our business to help with inventory management.Key RelationshipsInternal: Bottling, Liquid Processing, Logistics, and WarehouseExternal: NoneOverview of Role Responsibilities

  • Complete all liquid and finished goods production order data and enter in SAP daily
  • Confirm all liquid related transactions including tank transfers, combinations, receipt from ageing, semi-finished and finished liquid production in Excel files and SAP
  • Create batch assignments of all incoming and produced liquids
  • Manage raw material stock and needs for production, requesting quotes and placing orders
  • Order non product related materials and consumption materials (filtration supplies, glue, packaging tape, PPE) for production departments
  • Goods Receipt of all non-product related incoming materials
  • Involved in performing mock recalls with quality team
  • In collaboration with FP&A partners, supports aged liquid requirements (barrel aged liquids)
  • Manages liquid movements in DRAMS
  • Responsible for shipment of packaging materials and samples to vendors and contractors as needed
  • Work with internal stakeholders to drive continuous improvement on liquid and material data management and inventory control
  • Provide backup for logistics regarding material counts/inventory cycle-counts, and reconcile aligned discrepancies in SAP
  • Perform any other duties as assigned by management

Experience RequirementsEducation

  • A minimum of high school diploma or GED

Experience

  • Experience working in a manufacturing operations environment

Knowledge/Skills/Abilities

  • Working knowledge of manufacturing/liquid processing operations, preferably in the bottled alcohol category
  • Highly Organized and detail oriented
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word. PowerPoint)
  • Experience with SAP
  • Ability to work collaboratively with team members across our plant departments
  • Proven ability to drive continuous improvement within processes
  • Ability to make independent decisions daily, addressing the best way to handle specific tasks
  • Proficiency in English
