In this role, you’ll support a critical computer rollout project by upgrading hardware, configuring systems using imaging tools, coordinating shipments, and providing email updates and tracking information to store managers. You’ll also guide store staff through installations and troubleshooting over the phone, perform remote configurations and testing, and keep the rollout plan updated daily. This is a great opportunity to gain practical experience in IT support, project coordination, and communication within a dynamic retail environment.Workplace Arrangements:This role will follow an onsite schedule.
