If you are passionate about innovation, collaboration, and making a measurable impact, our team is the place for you.Here’s the impact you’ll make and what we’ll accomplish together!We are looking for a highly-motivated and enthusiastic self-starter to join our team as a Sr Program Manager.As a leader on the team, you will work cross-functionally to streamline our 1:1 campaign planning and execution, enhance measurement strategies, and enable data-driven decisions to deliver on our sales and retention targets.With your exemplary skills in program management, change leadership, and executive level communications, you will guide and lead cross-functional project team members to achieve the following:

  • Target Setting: Define channel-specific 1:1 marketing targets and monitor performance to ensure alignment with business objectives
  • Campaign Planning: Lead quarterly planning strategies to optimize loading and retention outcomes
  • Performance Optimization: Analyze campaign performance and recommend opportunities for improvement
  • Technology Enablement: Partner with internal and external stakeholders to align on Martech roadmap and implement cutting-edge marketing capabilities
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Cultivate strong, trusted relationships with key decision makers, influencers and leaders across various channels
  • Communications: Deliver impactful, concise, and effective communications and presentations to all levels of the business both internally and externally

QualificationsYou’re the missing piece of the puzzle…

  • 5+ years of experience in strategy development, complex project/program management and change leadership
  • Ability to translate an ambiguous business problem into a clear concise business case and structured project/program
  • Excellent storytelling and presentation abilities with demonstrated ability to take the message upwards and across the team to senior leaders within and across the organization
  • Ability to confidently & tactfully collaborate and influence without hierarchical authority
  • Proven business acumen with exceptional analytical, problem-solving, financial and negotiation skills
  • Superior time management skills and attention to details
  • Expert skills in Google Suites including Google Sheets and Google Slides and other collaboration tools in common use at TELUS

  • MBA a strong asset
  • Professional designation in Project Management (PMI, PMP)
  • Familiarity with the structure of TELUS products and services

Salary Range: $94,000-$140,000Performance Bonus or Sales Incentive Plan: 15%Actual total compensation will be determined based on factors such as knowledge, skills, performance and experience. In addition, TELUS offers rewarding benefits, which may vary per job function, such as:
