This unique set of buildings will provide exciting challenges such as sustainability and capital projects.The Property Manager who will play a crucial role in maintaining open communication with tenants, promptly attending to their requests and complaints in accordance with our company standards and procedures. As part of our team, we will rely on your superior customer service skills, ensuring tenants are comfortable and security, operational, and financial inquiries are addressed effectively. Additionally, you will play a key role in managing, coaching, and mentoring our building operations and administrative staff.WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:Manage, coach, and mentor building operations and administrative staffPrepare budgets, reports, and track variances for financial and operational managementWork closely with operation to oversee the execution of a preventative maintenance program for plant and equipmentLiaise with tenants and assist with tenant initiativesReview prices and monitor maintenance/service contracts for cost-effective operationsImplement processes, systems, and best practices to maximize net income and collaborate with leasing for optimal occupancyEnsure all vacant spaces are marketable to minimize downtime and increase revenueConduct regular inspections of the properties and maintain maintenance standardsWHAT YOU BRING:5+ years’ experience in property management2+ years in a management role in a commercial settingStrong financial acumen and experience with capital budgetsIndustry-related certification is considered an assetStrong working knowledge of MS OfficeKnowledge of HVAC, building systems, construction process, and ability to read drawings requiredWHAT’S IN IT FOR YOUJoin an industry leader and shape the future of commercial real estateDeep investment in cutting-edge technology to power your workComprehensive and competitive benefits planA supportive, caring and diverse work environment designed for your growth and well-beingLocation:On-site –Toronto, ONIf this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply, even if you don’t meet all the requirements.
