We’re seeking a passionate Lean Facilitator to champion lean principles, drive efficiency, and inspire innovation across our manufacturing operations.WHAT YOU WILL DO:

• Lead Change: Facilitate kaizen events to drive impactful improvements.
• Empower Teams: Develop and deliver engaging lean training programs.
• Sustain Excellence: Implement and audit 5S and Visual Factory processes to ensure lasting results.
• Collaborate and Innovate: Work with stakeholders and other facilitators to standardize lean practices and share best practices across locations.
• Solve Problems: Apply lean tools like Value Stream Mapping, TPM, and Standardized Work to identify and implement solutions.
• Inspire Growth: Educate and guide teams on lean approaches and their benefits.
• Be a Connector: Benchmark best practices by participating in industry activities.

WHAT YOU BRING:

• Lean Expertise: Lean Greenbelt certification or equivalent training/experience.
• Education: College diploma or university degree in a related field.
• Experience:

• 5+ years in manufacturing.
• 3+ years facilitating lean initiatives.
• Skills:

• Excellent problem-solving and facilitation skills.
• Outstanding communication and presentation abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Mindset: A team player with a passion for continuous improvement and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
