Job Title: Intermediate Software Developer

Location: Winnipeg, MB

Job Description: Brainhunter is currently seeking “Software Developer (Java/ .NET/Salesforce/Hybris, SAP”) to work for our valued Financial Service Client. This is a six-month contract opportunity and requires the successful consultant to be on-site 3 days a week in Downtown Toronto.Key Responsibilities:

• Software Development & Integration: Develop and integrate solutions to meet business and non-functional requirements. Work with third-party software, tools, and solutions.
• Quality Assurance: Deliver clean, efficient code and collaborate with QA teams for testing and deployment.
• Application Support: Provide production support during critical incidents, troubleshoot and resolve production issues, and ensure system reliability.
• Technical Leadership: Share knowledge with team members, mentor junior professionals, and lead by example.
• Continual Improvement: Stay up to date with new technologies and practices; contribute to process improvements.
• Collaboration & Client Focus: Work with product teams, architects, and clients to resolve issues and deliver top-tier solutions.

Required Skills & Capabilities:

• Strong experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Proficiency in one or more development platforms like Java / .NET /Salesforce/Hybris, SAP etc.
• Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD), continuous integration, and automation.
• Production/Application Support experience, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, and system maintenance.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Passion for technology and continual learning.
