Job Description: What we Offer– Competitive wages and benefits– RRSP matching– Company vehicle– Great environment where our motto is “Flynn Family Winning Together”!– On-going career development courses and programs through our in-house Flynn UniversityDay in the Life– Schedule & manage crews on site– Monitor, approve and track labor hours– Assist in the hiring and mentoring of field employees– Ensure crews meet or exceed safety plan– Ensure all site paperwork is up to date, including safety, field reports, etc.– Communicate daily with crews, management, subtrades, consultants and GC– Attend meetings as required including hand off, prestart and other onsite meetings– Proactively determine equipment needs on site and coordinate their delivery– Ensure production goals are being achieved while following Flynn’s QA/QC program– Provide overall technical support as required to ensure work is completed in a timely and efficient manner.– Attend all kick off meetings and review all project related information, including contracts prior to mobilizing on site.– Responsible for productivity, expediting materials/equipment and the contractual performance of the projectWhat we are Seeking– 5+ years’ experience working with Architectural Metal Panels– Good communication (verbal & written)– Ability to deal with conflict– Strong leadership skills– Good listening skills– Ability to adapt– Time management skills– Problem Solving Skills
