Job Description: Are you a seasoned Commercial Realtor with a deep understanding of CoStar and a proven track record in delivering exceptional results? As a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in handling a diverse range of commercial real estate deals, from leasing and sales to high-value investment properties. You’ll utilize CoStar to analyze market trends, conduct detailed property searches, and present actionable insights, empowering our clients to make informed and profitable decisions. With the volume of business steadily increasing, this is a fantastic opportunity for a proactive and experienced Commercial Realtor to take on new challenges and contribute to our ongoing success. Responsibilities: • Manage a dynamic portfolio of commercial properties, including leasing, sales, and investment transactions across a wide range of sectors. • Leverage CoStar to conduct in-depth research, analyze market data, and provide actionable insights to meet client needs and drive business growth. • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with property owners, investors, developers, and key industry stakeholders to expand the office’s network. • Negotiate and close high-volume transactions, ensuring optimal outcomes for clients while maintaining the office’s fast-paced environment. • Perform thorough market analysis and property valuations to assist clients in making informed, profitable decisions. • Provide clients with up-to-date, clear, and accurate information on market trends, property performance, and investment opportunities. Qualifications: • Valid Real Estate License & Commercial Real Estate Experience: Must hold a valid real estate license with significant experience in the commercial real estate sector, including leasing, sales, and investment transactions, demonstrating a strong understanding of the complexities of the industry. • Proficiency in CoStar & Other Real Estate Tools: Expertise in using CoStar for market research, property analysis, and data interpretation, with a solid working knowledge of other commercial real estate tools and platforms to support client needs and business growth. • Strong Analytical & Market Interpretation Skills: A highly analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex market data, trends, and financial metrics, providing clients with strategic insights to help them make informed decisions and capitalize on opportunities. • Exceptional Negotiation & Communication Abilities: Proven track record of successful negotiations in commercial real estate transactions, with excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively represent clients, convey information, and foster strong professional relationships. • Self-Motivated & Results-Driven: A proactive and self-driven individual with a strong ambition to meet and exceed targets, capable of managing multiple deals in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment while delivering exceptional service to clients. • Ability to Work Independently & Collaboratively: Capable of working independently, taking ownership of client accounts, and executing strategies while also thriving in a team-oriented environment, collaborating with colleagues and leadership to achieve collective goals. • Detail-Oriented & Highly Organized: A meticulous approach to every aspect of the role, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple projects, ensuring all transactions are completed accurately and efficiently while maintaining a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
