Job Title: 180 Account Manager – Technology Recruitment

Location: Toronto, ON

Job Description: Michael Page’s Canadian Technology team operates a 180 model where Account Managers focus on Business development and client management in collaboration with recruiters that support our client and candidate relationships.

  • Identify opportunities for new accounts, and existing account expansion
  • Responsible for all client communications, conflict resolution and compliance on client deliverables and ensuring profitability expectations are met.
  • Develop strong client relationships through offering tailored solutions to clients
  • Participate in the job offer/negotiation process to ensure your candidate’s needs and expectations are well represented.
  • Keep up to date on the market and industry in order to provide insight/guidance to candidates, colleagues, and clients.
  • Work closely with colleagues across Canada and the globe to maximise Michael Page’s commercial performance.
  • Negotiate Contracts and manage the recruitment lifecycle

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience in account management for Temp and/or Perm IT roles.
  • Proven sales success
  • College Diploma or University Degree
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with candidates of all levels and backgrounds.
  • Proven track record of success and the ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability in French and/or Spanish would be considered an asset
  • Ability to maintain/respect hybrid working environment (3+ Days in office per week)
