Job Description: The Kenan Advantage Group Inc., (KAG), is North America’s largest tank truck transporter and logistics provider, delivering energy commodities, specialty products, merchant gases, and food products across the United States, Canada, and Mexico.The Recruitment Coordinator provides support to the day-to-day Operation throughout KAG Canada and is based in our Edmonton Head Office. This role primarily focuses on the efficient and professional administration of full-cycle recruitment and onboarding duties to support our staffing needs across our terminal network.This is a day shift position, Monday to Friday, from 8:00am to 4:30pm.About the position:

• This position mostly supports Class 1 Professional Truck Driver recruitment and will work closely with the Recruitment Manager on identifying needs and post and search accordingly.
• Backup to Terminal Support Coordinators recruitment duties as required to process applications in their absence.
• Following our recruitment process for drivers by screening, assessing, and interviewing candidates and requesting supplemental information required.
• Scheduling and organizing road tests, pre-employment tests and completing onboarding paperwork.
• Being in close contact with applicants and walking them through every step and answer all questions. You must have great customer service skills!
• Researching, trying new tools, and brainstorming new ways of attracting talent.
• You will participate in job fairs, open houses, and other initiatives – travel may be required.
• Other duties as assigned.

What you bring:

• 1 – 2 years previous experience in a role with complimentary administrative and data entry duties.
• Proficient computer skills in order to use software such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Outstanding internal and external customer service skills.
• Takes ownership of work responsibilities.
