Job Description: Job Description:We are offering a contract to permanent employment opportunity in the brokerage industry for a detail-oriented, entry level Coordonnateur in Toronto, Ontario. This role involves providing day-to-day service to a number of independent Portfolio Managers and Introducing Brokers, acting as a liaison between the client and various support areas.Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate efforts with various internal departments within the organization to build and maintain strong relationships with clients
  • Provide high-level customer service, keeping clients informed of new developments, products, and services related to their business needs
  • Address client issues promptly and thoroughly, suggesting improvements in policies and procedures to continually enhance our service delivery
  • Review and approve administrative items such as De-registrations, Bank Transfers, Foreign Exchanges, and Internal Account Transfers on a daily basis
  • Liaise with various operational areas within the organization to ensure tasks are completed in a proactive and timely manner
  • Organize regular meetings with clients, documenting ongoing service and operational issues, investigating and resolving them
  • Guide clients on our policies, procedures, and training that directly impact their business
  • Suggest process improvement recommendations that will enhance the overall business relationship with clients
  • Represent the organization professionally at client meetings and business functions.

Requirements:

  • Proficiency in Customer Service and Training
  • Demonstrated experience with Procedures and Policies
  • Strong understanding of Quality Review processes
  • Background in Human Resources (HR) Administration
  • Fluency in English Language
  • Proven experience as a Liaison
  • Familiarity with Best Practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suites
  • Strong skills in Process Improvement
  • Experience in Fund Administration
  • Excellent Interpersonal Skills
  • Ability to perform Cost Analysis
  • Proven experience in Coordination
  • Knowledge of Trading practices
  • Ability to create and use Templates
  • Excellent Written Communication skills
  • Familiarity with Securities
  • Experience working with Internal Departments
