Day to Day Responsibilities

• Safely perform tire removal, installation, and repair for passenger and light truck vehicles.
• Assist with mechanical inspections and services, following Kal Tire Mechanical Fundamentals training and journeyman technician sign-off.
• Contribute to a safe and responsible workplace by following policies and by taking an active approach to accident and environmental protection.
• Continually strive to provide exceptional customer service and exceed every client’s expectations.
• Ability to excel in a physical environment that includes heavy lifting and moving constantly throughout your shift.

Qualifications and Success

• You have a strong mechanical ability and the ability to solve problems on the spot.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to excel in a physical environment and easily lift 50 lbs.
• Automotive or tire experience is an asset.
• Strong communication skills, with the desire and ability to deliver an exceptional customer service experience every time.
• Excellent attention to detail with a methodical approach to problem-solving.
• Motivated, Positive attitude, respectful work environment, and work with team members in a positive atmosphere.
• Being safety conscious is of utmost importance – always wear required PPE and follow instructed work protocols.
• Clean and organize the shop area to develop a safe work environment.
